It all started with one bite of our mother-in-law's bánh mì. The crispy bread, the fresh herbs, the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy, we knew right then that the Gulf Coast needed to taste this.

What began as a family recipe shared around the kitchen table has grown into Tiger Paw Cafe, a place where Vietnamese tradition meets Southern hospitality right here in Biloxi, Mississippi.

Every bánh mì is still made the way she taught us. Every boba tea is crafted by hand with real ingredients, no powders, no shortcuts. Our Japanese cheesecakes are baked fresh daily. And every cup of milk tea gets the same love and attention we'd give to family sitting at our table.

We named it Tiger Paw because, like a tiger, we're bold, determined, and fiercely proud of what we do. This is more than a cafe, it's our dream, our family's legacy, and a place where everyone is welcome.
